INTRODUCTION TO AERIALS is our 4 week course ideal for absolute beginners who are keen to try something a little different from the ground up. Not only is aerials a whole new way to move your body and an outstanding way to improve overall fitness and strength, it’s also a great avenue to creatively explore your potential.
Each session will run for a jam packed 60 minutes. This course is the ideal induction into our 90min class program which features several beginner level options.
