New Class: The Strength Lab

Join The Strength Lab!

The Morning Workout has evolved into The Strength Lab and moves to Wednesday’s and Friday mornings at 645am. This class is a must for anyone wanting to improve or learn more about strength training in a supportive and adaptable environment. Led by resident CrossFit coach and former professional athlete Renee Straumietis the primary focus of The Strength Lab is to development sound and safe technique with olympic lifting, kettle bells, free weights and body weight exercises. Every session will also feature a WOD (Workout of the Day) which will vary in length and intensity depending on the weeks program.

We have a limited number of places available in each class and for the next 2 weeks would like to offer a special Intro Pass of just $60 (valid for 3 weeks from date of purchase). Based on interest we hope to add an additional session on Mondays so stay tuned! Remember that we have fully equipped change rooms if you need to get ready for work afterwards. Just remember to bring your own towel and toiletries.
