    Develop confidence under the bar with this comprehensive course covering all the basics of olympic lifting.

    Over 5 weeks coaches Renee and Zuz will breakdown the:
    DEADLIFT, FRONT & BACK SQUAT, PRESS, SNATCH & CLEAN & JERK.

    With a maximum intake of 8 this course will be technique driven and centre around a series of progressions allowing you to safely develop efficiency with your lifts and gain a solid understanding of these movements.

    Renee and Zuz both have extensive backgrounds as professional athletes and hold certifications in fitness, CrossFit Mobility and Weightlifting.
